Now before I start, I'd like you to know that I don't like female characters just for their looks. I also like a female character for both their looks and their personalities. And these girls on this list have equilibrium of both. I wanna be more concise with this. So let's get started.

While she's more cute than hot, Gadget definitely has the intelligence and friendly personality that makes her qualify for this list.

Like Gadget mentioned above, Sally is more cute than hot, but her intelligence and kind, yet sarcastic demeanor is just about enough for her to qualify. She's also a great leader for her crew.
8. Sawyer (Cats Don't Dance)
She has that sassy and sarcastic attitude that I can strangely relate to, not to mention the talent.
7. Fifi La Fume (Tiny Toons Adventures)
Aside from her stench, she's beautiful and has such a sweet personality.
6. Roxanne (A Goofy Movie)
Birds of a Feather if I were to say so myself. Even if she doesn't appear much in the movie, she's still a sweet character and almost as diffident as Max.
